Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Collection: Manage allocated accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships by addressing customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Payment Processing: Confirm payments for new and existing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Credit Limit Management: Monitor and request adjustments to customer credit limits when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log and resolve customer interactions and account information.

Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
  • Experience: Credit Management qualification and proficiency in Business English.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer literacy.
  • License: Code 10 motor vehicle license.
